Return Policy

Our goal is for customers to be happy with their purchase. But things may not always go as planned. If things don’t go as planned, contact us and we will try to make things right for you.

  • Place your request for a return or a refund within 30 days of the date of delivery. If, for some reason, an item does not arrive, place your refund request within 30 days of the most recent estimated date of delivery. We have no obligation to consider requests placed outside of these timeframes.
    • I changed my mind- You can cancel an order within 2 hours of the time you placed it , you are eligible for a refund.
    • This is not what I ordered- If you receive an item that is damaged, not the size or color you ordered, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you are eligible for a refund. We may request some evidence of the issue – typically just a photo or two – and you may be required to return the item.
    • It never arrived- If you don’t receive an item you ordered, you are eligible for a refund.
  • Merchant is responsible for 100% of any refund due to a size issue
  • If a refund occurs due a customer sizing issue, the merchant is responsible for 100% of the cost of the refund.
  • Merchants are allowed to dispute these refunds.

 

  • Merchant is responsible for 100% of any refund on an order that the merchant engaged in fraudulent activity
  • If a merchant is in engaging in fraudulent activity, or circumventing revenue share they are responsible for 100% of the cost of any refund on the fraudulent orders.
  • Merchants are allowed to dispute these refunds.

 

  • Merchant is responsible for 100% of any refund for items not matching the listing
  • If a refund occurs because the item does not match the product listing, the merchant is responsible for 100% of the cost of the refund.

    Note: Product images should depict the product being sold accurately. Contradictions between the product image and product description could result in item does not match product listing refunds.
  • Merchants are allowed to dispute these refunds.

 

 

  • Merchant is responsible for 100% of any refund for items that are sent to the wrong address
  • If a refund occurs because the item was sent to the wrong address, the merchant is responsible for 100% of the cost of refund.
  • Merchants are allowed to dispute these refunds.

 

  • Merchant is responsible for 100% of any refund for items that are returned to sender
  • If delivery fails and carrier returns item to sender, the merchant is responsible for 100% of the cost of refund.
  • Merchants are allowed to dispute these refunds.

 

  • Merchant is responsible for 100% of any refund for items that are shipped incompletely
  • If a refund occurs because the order shipped was incomplete, the merchant is responsible for 100% of the cost of refund. Incomplete order is an order where the merchant did not ship the correct quantity of items or did not ship all parts of an item.
  • Merchants are allowed to dispute these refunds.

  • BDCHIC reserves the right to:
    • Refuse any refund if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the  terms of service
    • Refuse any refund If you ordered  wrong category, wrong size, wrong color , or simply doesn’t like
    • Refuse any refund If you provided, wrong address
  • BDCHIC reserves the right to: using any payment method  transfer refund
  • This Policy may be updated from time to time.
